Shipping and Return Policies
Orders are processed within two days of receipt Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Depending on your geographic location, TAIYETY uses the United States Postal Service or UPS for domestic and international delivery. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
UPS Ground Shipping: Shipping will be calculated at check out. Your scarf will arrive in 4-7 business days, depending upon your location. Expedited request can be handled, please email us email@example.com
TAIYETY is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Unless otherwise requested, shipments from TAIYETY do not require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that your order will be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the U.S., sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Massachusetts.

All orders shipped outside the US are final sale. Customers receiving orders are responsible for customs, and freight charges. Any additional fees are the clients’ responsibility.
As much as we hope you absolutely love your TAITETY purchase, we understand that an item might not be the right fit.
All items must be returned in their original condition, and unused with all original tags and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn or washed is not returnable.
We reserve the right to deny a return if merchandise does not meet our requirements, is damaged or not with original packaging and tags.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, but must be pre-approved by email email@example.com. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of order purchase and shipped within that time.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client. We suggest using a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. TAIYETY is not responsible for missing packages.
To initiate a return, request an authorization number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order #, date of purchase, and reason for return. A return label will be issued via email.
Your account will be credited within 14 days of receiving your return. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We personally package and ship all of our orders to ensure the utmost of quality. If for some unforeseen reason your item/s arrives damaged please email us with 2 of receipt and we will resolve the matter.
