Shipping & Returns

• Standard Domestic Shipments are processed within 48 business hours, and shipped via USPS or UPS ground shipping. 
• For special return requests, and expedited requests please email us hello@taiyety.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
• Be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. If an incorrect address has been entered, the customer is responsible for re-routing; re-shipping the order.

RETURNS

As much as we hope you absolutely love your TAITETY purchase, we understand that an item might not be the right fit. 

• New, unworn, unwashed, full-priced items may be returned- at no charge.
• To initiate a return, email us hello@taiyety.com, and include your order #, date of purchase, and reason for return. 
• Returns and Return Labels must be requested within 5 days from the delivery date. 
• Returned Items must be received by us within 10 days of the Return Label issue date.
• Discounted/Sale items are Final Sale- no returns/exchanges.
